What to expect
When we receive an order adjustment to update an advertisement what to expect:
- Each order goes through an internal approval process. We review the submission to ensure that it meets our media guidelines and verify that we have all the information we need to update your advertisement.
- If the submission meets our guidelines or once we have all the information needed, it will be approved and you will be notified via email. If it does not meet our guidelines or if we have any questions regarding your submission, we will reach out to billing email on your order.
- Once approved, we will start udpating your advertisement. Please be mindful that all other updates from this point will incur an additional charge.
- Your updated advertisement will be delivered to the billing email on your order within 48 hours of purchase – if the original submission met our guidelines.
- If you opted-in for monthly promotion, we post all updated advertisements to our social media channels the day after we emailed your updated advertisements to you and will update all future scheduled posts.
