The person we hire will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective advertising and promotion of sale horses and standing stallions on our online platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media and communications, scheduling and posting advertisements, providing customer support, assisting with database management, and supporting ad production. The successful candidate will be a team player, eager and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
While we’d love our coordinator to work in Abilene, TX, this can be a remote position for the perfect candidate.
Pay is dependent on skills and experience.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and post advertisements on social media platforms.
- Efficiently manage and complete post-production tasks to meet all internal deadlines (including scheduling post production marketing emails).
- Monitor social media channels, promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage with followers and potential customers to build relationships and drive user engagement.
- Identify and engage with relevant social media communities, groups, and influencers to expand reach and attract new customers.
Promotion Management and Customer Support:
- Process subscription requests and cancellations promptly and accurately.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and social media, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing support.
- Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the platform’s features, services, and policies.
Production Assistance / Database Management and Accuracy:
- Execute tasks related to database management, including updating and formatting sale horse and stallion data.
- Identify and report any database errors or inconsistencies for prompt resolution.
- Assist in ad production, including creating, editing, and enhancing visual materials for advertisements when necessary.
Team Collaboration and Flexibility:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Motivated, self-driven, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement.
- An understanding of the equine industry and familiarity with horse sale and stallion advertising practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in web-based applications for scheduling and managing social media posts, such as, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Proficient in social media platforms and their management tools.
- Experience with Photoshop or similar software for basic image editing and production.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for horses and the equine industry.
- ** Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist in areas outside of your job scope if necessary. **
